visitors (and newcomers)

Thinking about what someone visiting Glasgow or looking for a church in the area we thought this would be a useful guide through the information on this site. Before that, we do aim to welcome people and look out for new faces at church, but it's a big church, busy and easy to miss people so please do introduce yourself to someone at the door.
Firstly you need to be able to find us in the West End of Glasgow with lots of easy ways to get here.
If you are thinking about visiting a church, perhaps you want to know the serious stuff about what we believe and our history.
Or perhaps you are more interested in what goes on in the life of the church, check out what we do, as well as our news page and whatever is currently Highlighted on the home page. Lastly have a look at where we're involved which shows some of the priorities we have in outreach and service to the world around us.
Hopefully this will give you a good idea of what life at St Silas is like. If you decide to come along we meet at 11am and 6:30pm each week, see what's on for details. We think there is a diversity of worship experiences, teaching, fellowship and service opportunities, but then again that would be for you to judge.
