Church is made up of families of all shapes and sizes, and we have a number of areas of church life that we hope will help build that sense of family. For all of these events keep in touch with the news section of the web site and the weekly notices for details of meetings.
Tots & Co
runs on Monday and Thursday mornings from 10am-12noon. It is a great opportunity for children to play together and for parents or carers of pre-nursery children to meet with each other and get to know others in the local community. more details of this group here.
Mumz, Bumpz and Babiez
is a group specifically for church mums-to-be and mums of babies under 2 years. It's an opportunity for mums to chill out for a couple of hours and chat to others at similar parenting stages, while they enjoy lunch and copious amounts of tea (as babies enjoy the time playing, napping and eating too!). It is a very supportive environment and lunch and refreshments are provided so just come along and enjoy! We currently meet on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Monday of the month, from 1-3pm.
Wednesday Morning Bible Study
this is mainly for parents or carers to take time out during the week for a bible study, usually a creche is provided. Contact the office for more details.
Classes and Courses
from time to time we run various courses specifically for married people (the Alpha Marriage Course this is a course from the Alpha people about how to build a healthy marriage, not an Alpha course for couples) or parents (Parentalk). These are put on according to demand so if you are interested in these contact Lorraine.
