We are currently updating our records so that we know we have contact details for everyone who regularly comes to St Silas. The church leadership would like to get to know you and make you feel welcome, and it will also help with the organisation of Discipleship Environments.
We will use this information to send you regular email notices and updates so that you know what is happening from week to week, and also if we need to contact you in a hurry. Additionally, there is an option to include some of your contact info in the Paper Directory, a copy of which attendees at St Silas are able to take home.
The information you submit will be accessible to the church leadership and administrators. It will not be shared with a third party without your express consent. We will seek your consent when planning any significant changes to how we use your data.
Please do not assume that we will already know your details as the form that you will fill in will automatically enter details in a new database so filling in the form will save us any transfer problems.
