Details: Silver Deal Active Sessions - for Glasgow residents in the 60+ age group
These classes are free and are run by Glasgow Life and will take place in St Silas.
Easy Exercise on Mondays, 1pm to 1.45pm
We also have an Arts and Crafts Class on a Wednesday, 11.30 to 12.30pm
The classes will help improve strength, stability, mobility
and increase self confidence.
