New to Glasgow? Returning to Glasgow? Here for work or study?

At St Silas we're privileged to have people of all ages and stages of life who call us their church home.

Our aim is that — however long you are with us — you can grow in your faith, as we prayerfully turn to God’s word together on Sundays and at our midweek gatherings.

We value the chance to have cross-generational friendships, especially as we gather on Sundays; and we warmly encourage you to invite your friends to church so that they can learn more about the Christian faith. The way we do midweek small group fellowship at St Silas is through our Growth Groups that meet in homes around the city, and Roots which is for people in their 20s & 30s and students, and meets centrally at the church. Families

We are one big church family, filled with people of all ages, where every single person, parent, carer, child and young person is welcomed and valued, and can find a place to belong. We strive to be a church where every family can be encouraged to put Jesus at the centre of their lives, and where all members of the family can feel they are cared for and can grow in their faith.

Explore

We're a church that's all about Jesus.

We would love you to explore who he is, why he came, and what it means to follow him.

Many of us have questions about life, and Jesus claimed to have answers to those big questions. Why not come along to our next Life Course? This is an informal and relaxed four-week course that gives you an introduction to who Jesus is and the chance to ask questions.
